I am currently working full time at a Graphic Design/Copywriting
agency in Amsterdam. My duties include all aspects of the design
process, concepts, design, layout, and client and supplier liason.
Graphic Designer at Hive Creative, Melbourne, Australia
(Aug 06 - May 08)
Moving onwards and upwards from New Zealand to the creative
hub of Australia, Melbourne, I landed firmly as a designer at Hive
Creative. It's a medium sized company, where I worked closely
with a range of Designers, a Finished Artist, Web team and our
Creative Director, giving me a chance to learn, and push my
skills. While at Hive I worked on a range of projects big and
small, corporate and edgy, web and print. I worked on projects
from conception, design and layout right through to handing it
over to the Finished Artist, either carrying a project from start to
finish, or getting involved at any stage in between.
Graphic Designer at Horizon Advertising, Napier, New Zealand
(Jan 05 - Jan 06)
Working at Horizon Advertising was a great start to my career.
In one year I worked on a huge range of projects, including logos,
stationary, brochures, website layouts, advertising, signage and
packaging. I was involved in the entire design process, from the
initial concept through to preparing files for pre-press. My role
also included liasing with clients, suppliers and other professionals
involved in the industry.

Employment Details
Although I am a New Zealander, I am lucky enough to have a
European Passport, so it is no problem for me to work anywhere
in Europe.
